AnyoneTo Babysit

Terms of use

Version 1 · Last updated 29 September 2026 · Applies from the day the app is first released

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and AnyoneTo ("we", "us"). They cover the AnyoneTo Babysit app, the texts and web pages it sends to sitters, and this website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. The privacy notice explains what we do with your data.

2. What the service is, and is not

3. Your account

4. Your sitters and their permission

You are responsible for the people you add and for how they are contacted.

6. Refunds and the replacement request

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own process, because they took the payment. If a technical failure on our side means that none of the availability messages for a request could be delivered, we give you one replacement request; a sitter declining, not replying or being unreachable does not count.

7. Your history and deleting your account

Every paid request is kept in your history while your account exists; there is no way to delete a single request. Deleting your account is the way to remove your history: Account → Delete my account, or by email as described in the privacy notice. Deletion stops anything still sending, cancels every sitter link and deletes your data; purchase and audit records are kept for 365 days afterwards.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss caused by our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but not for anything a sitter does or does not do — whether they turn up, how they care for your children, or what they charge — which is between you and the sitter. Nothing in these terms limits what the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (section 7). We may end or suspend your account if you break section 4 or section 8, if a sitter's report shows misuse, or if the law requires it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will change the version and date at the top, and continuing to use the app afterwards is agreement to the new terms.
